Privacy policy
Hajime can be read without an account. This page lists everything that leaves your device when you use the site, who receives it, and why.
In short
- No account, no sign-up, no email address.
- No cookies, and nothing is stored on your device.
- Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies (see below).
- No advertising at the moment.
- Fonts and files are served from gohajime.com itself, not from outside services.
When you open a page
Hajime is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, run by Cloudflare, Inc. As with any website, your browser’s request reaches Cloudflare’s servers with your IP address, the address of the page, your browser type and language, and the page you came from. Cloudflare uses this to deliver the page and to protect the site from attacks, under its own privacy policy.
Hajime does not keep its own log of visits.
Visit counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
Cloudflare adds a small script, loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com, that counts page views and measures how fast pages load. After a page loads, it sends Cloudflare the page address, the page you came from, your browser and operating system versions, and timings such as how long the page took to load. Cloudflare also receives your IP address with these requests.
It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Hajime sees only totals, such as how many times a page was viewed, not individual visitors.
Network error reports
Cloudflare asks your browser to report network errors to Cloudflare (a.nel.cloudflare.com), for example when a page fails to load. A report is sent only when an error happens. It contains the page address, the type of error and how long the request took, and Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser type with it. It is used to find and fix delivery problems.
Only when you tap them
Links to official sources open those sites. The LINE and WhatsApp buttons open those services with a link to the page. Their own privacy policies apply there.
The Copy and Share buttons use your own device. Nothing is sent to Hajime.
Advertising
Hajime does not show advertising at the moment. If it starts, it will be through Google AdSense, and before the first ad appears this section will explain how Google and its partners use cookies to show ads, and how you can turn off personalised ads.

When anything above changes, this page is updated before the change, and the date at the top changes.
